This is regarding the petition to call a special meeting for the removal of sitting directors.

FRANCO: You're supposed to deduct the total amount of arrears from the total amount of units.

GAIL HOFFMAN: Actually, what was done last time wasn't necessarly right but let me explain clearly what was done last time. If you're under the impression that Mary Ellen removed all the people in arrears from the overall 1,076, you're mistaken. I have all that information, and she did not.

SLAVA LERNER: Yes. Barbara?

BARBARA TOKAY: I also have that information, and I belive Ms. Hoffman is mistaken.

SLAVA LERNER: EXCUSE ME Barbara?? Would you say it again?

BARBARA TOKAY: I said, I also have that information, the information about the total number of owners who were in arrears for the 2007 petition - I do beleve Ms. Hoffman is mispoken.

Gail should resign immediatley she broke her trust with the unit owners
She helped fudge the recall to protect the scum who got her elected.
She is a disgrace to the office she holds. Lied on camera just like lerner did about the sue fitz hard drive and not having Kingman represent him before kingman became our attorney. They are all corrupt and cannot be trusted. They will do anything to stay in power.

There is no ending to he lieing. Her age is another factor. Check her out without makeup.

GALE WHAT DOES THAT -68 STAND FOR ON MARY ELLEN'S LETTER TO THE BOARD YOU LIAR. BTW SLAVA AND FINI WERE ON THE BOARD AT THE TIME OF MARY ELLEN'S LETTER. THIS MEANS THEY LIED TOO BECAUSE THEY KNEW THE NUMBER WAS DEDUCTED. MARY ELLEN ONLY USED MAINTENENCE FEES AS DEFINING ARREARS. GALE USED EVRYTHING NOT JUST MAINTENENCE FEES WHICH MEANS THERE ARE A FEW HUNDRED THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SUBTRACTED FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF UNITS. THE COALITION HAS MORE THAN ENOUGH TO CALL THE MEETING. TAKE THEM TO COURT IF THEY DON'T COMPLY AND CALL THE MEETING. GET AN ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE NOW AND THEN SUE EACH BOARD MEMBER FOR BREACH OF THEIR FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY AND FOR DECEIVING THE ASSOCIATION FOR THEIR OWN SELF SERVING PURPOSE. DO IT NOW PRONTO!!!!!!!!!

Puppet Masters=Slava Lerner

The real controllers of our association once he had total control, became the Puppet Master. The control hierarchy is shaped in the form of a pyramid. Now that he is President at the top level, he is likely to engender pain and misery on all us owners. Puppets tend to be psychopaths, with the belief that they are somehow special or superior rather than just pawns with a low price tag and Gail is one of the many puppets Mr. Lerner uses to lie and decieve this association.

Mr. Lerner and Mr. Vasquez you still have not responded to my request for your qualifications. Is this association going to get a response?
