THE PETITION TO RECALL FOUR DIRECTORS
HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE BOARD!

At the Board of Directors meeting of July 25,2007,
Mr. Eugene Blum conveyed to the Board our Petition For A
Special Meeting to Recall Directors Ellinger, Bolasco, Blank, and Haase.

Article IV, Section 5 of the Association By-Laws expressly provides that one
or more Directors may be removed with or without
cause by a majority of the unit owners present at any special or regular meeting.

This Petition requests the Board to call a Special Meeting of the Homeowners not less
than ten days or more than ninety days of presentation of the Petition, July 25, 2007,
for the purpose of immediate removal of the above-mentioned Board members.


This Petition was signed by 318 homeowners. Mr. Blum's cover letter is attached.


Therefore, in the near future, you should receive the Board's notice of this Special Meeting.

THEN, IT'S UP TO US.

It's painfully clear that Allan Ellinger must be removed along with
Directors Blank, Bolasco and Haase.
These Directors, by their complete and total incompetence, have
significantly diminished the value of our homes and our investments.
They have squandered our money; work on some projects has
stopped completely, while work on others continues at a snail's pace.
The garage, with its cavernous potholes, is a joke.
The driveway is a disgrace as well as a potential danger.
Our penthouse roofs are leaking, and we can't afford a permanent fix.


Our Board President himself bemoans the lack of progress on the Lobbies - yet, who
is responsible for this present, unbearable situation?


We're refinancing loans to pay for our R&R work: we owe
over $20 million, yet we are working out of our cash flow because there are no reserves!


More abuse? We're told to expect an 8% raise in maintenance compounded
annually over the next five years - more than a whopping 30% increase!


Yet, nothing has been done to hold these Directors accountable.
This is our chance to stop the constant bleeding!

HERE'S WHAT WE MUST DO:

When you receive notice of the Special Meeting,
reserve the date!
If you are a renter, tell your Landlord about the Special Meeting.

At the Special Meeting, the vote will be
taken, as provided for by Article IV, Section 5 of the By-Laws.


If one or more of the four Directors in question are recalled, the
remaining Directors may appoint replacements.

Finally - this is our opportunity to effect real change at the Galaxy!
Please make every effort to attend this Special Meeting.

The Petition Introduction & Filing Instructions

On March 28th, 2007 at the Annual Meeting of the Galaxy Towers Condominium Association a homeowner made a motion asking for a vote to remove four board members, Mr. Ellinger, Ms. Bolasco, Mr. Blank, and Ms. Hasse. The motion was seconded and the question was called. However, after Mr. Buckalew and Mr. Ellinger had a private meeting, Mr Ellinger stated that a vote would not be permitted. Mr Ellinger than abruptly adjourned the meeting. No one, at that point, had the right to simply declare the meeting at an end without the motion, properly made, seconded, and voted upon. The motion will remain on the floor until the next Annual Meeting of the GTCA in March 2008.


WE CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT ANNUAL MEETING IN MARCH 2008 TO VOTE ON THIS MOTION.

Alan Ellinger must be removed along with Directors Blank, Bolasco and Hasse. These Directors, by their complete and total incompetence, have allowed us to be fleeced. We have been taken: 288,000 Lobby Change Order ...more than 20,000 "lobby entry bridges" ... and now work has stopped in the garage because we're "taking a break". There is no excuse for this!!

AND WE HAVE THE POWER TO DO THAT

Our by-laws allow us to ask for the removal of one, all, or a selected number of Directors to resign. Then, the remaining Directors will appoint new Directors: rest assured a plan is in place. The new Board will hire a competent, reputable outside Management Company. They will conduct detailed internal audits. If any kind of fraud is found, the new Board is prepared to sue to get our money back and to ask for legal prosecution of those found guilty.

These four Board members must be recalled.
This message must be sent: incompetence, lack of accountability, and possible fraud will not be tolerated any more at our home.

This is our chance to stop the bulls**t once and for all. We must take control of our future and the opportunity to do so is now by printing the petition, filling it out and mailing it to the address below.
