"WORLD'S STUPIDEST MAN" CROWNED ASST TREASURER!

In a shocking display of instability and cronyism, the Board appointed Richard Miller as Assistant Treasurer last Thursday.
Yes, the very same Board who got rid of the real Treasurer they had, and who has seen to it that no one on the Board has watched our money since Dec. 30, 2008.
Yes, the very same Board who insisted this position MUST be filled by a CPA or someone with a heavy financial background - at least, that's what they said when they axed Tokay.

So Strumza and Lerner - the two "ethical" Directors who campaigned mightily and ferociously against Miller during the election of 2007; the two "upstanding" Directors who mounted a major smear campaign against Miller by branding him the "world's stupidest man" and seeing that everyone in the Lobbies, Mall and GK became acquainted with this fact - decided to appoint "the world's stupidest man" to this position. A position which means he can sign checks for us. Feeling safe?

We have 3 signatories - but evidently that's not enough for the Lerner Board! Of course, President Lerner will be honing his KGB skills in the motherland during June, so he won't be around. Vice President Hefler has not been to one working session (and there have been about a dozen) since he was elected. Could that be the deal he cut with Lerner? Feel free to stay home with the new baby as long as you show up on camera to vote with the master? Guess they don't trust Secretary Hoffman to go it alone. Is her brainwashing not complete? Certainly seems to be, to the average viewer. But they trust Clone Miller to be our Assistant Treasurer! And the reason for the nomination, as so brilliantly stated by Strumza? "Well, ha ha, he's got the time, tee-hee." Yes, that's the kind of sharp insight we need on this Board!

Strumza is correct, however. Miller will have plenty of time, in June anyway, because he won't be following 10 paces behind Lerner 24/7. Or will they be heading off to KGB school together? Awww!

Another indication Strumza's head is on the block. She professes to have acctg credentials; yet, Lerner appoints embroidery man Miller as ASST (??????) treasurer. First off, Miller is ASST to Treasurer??? Can't have an asst' w/o an existing position. Then again, Lerner, as always validates his unprofessional, non-business experience. YET, he puts dummy Miller over Fini --- watch out, Strumza. It's all adding up -- you're gone.

Lerner doesn't need you anymore: he has: Miller, soon-to-be Otero and dominating Center, who made you the idiot you are today Strumza.

What will you do, Strumza??? What will life be without Lerner? Oh, right, your best friend is a psych--lucky you; unlucky her. She'll have to hear your whines and wipe your tears, as she cares for her dogs and Vital cares for yours.

Finny may claim to have an accounting background but she doesnt. Everyone knows she is a liar. Like the rest of her gang she exaggerates her experience. She would be scared witless if she had to perform. But turnabout is fair play. If she runs against Otero in 2010 Miller can go around telling everyone that Strumza is the stupidest woman in the world. He will be correct for once in his life.

Millers lace business has been going down the tubes since his partner could not stand him any more and left. Do you trust this faker with our money?

Let me give you an example of how the "world's stupidest man" is also another two faced liar and hypocrite. When Miller ran for the Board against Slava's hand picked attorney Sergi Orel (when Slava was Miller's enemy) Miller wrote in his flyer "The person I want to hear from is the Association's legal counsel - either current or future - whose specific expertise and experience are in NJ condo law".

But when we voted for Kingman and I brought to the Board's attention that Kingman had no condo law experience, Miller (who by then had his head planted comfortably up slava's ass for a few months) said something like "it doesn't matter that Kingman has no condo law experience" , then he said something like "there is no real condo law it's a sub-set of some other law". I will have to put it on YouTube to get his exact words. Here are some other priceless gems from his flyer

" I WILL BE YOUR REPRESENTATIVE, NOT YOUR RULER" (that was way before the Ruler sucked him into the fold)

He lives and works in the Galaxy office. He and Slava now occupy Sherri Steiner's former office. Will they be ordering bunk beds for those long nights of plotting nefarious deeds in their new home? Inquiring minds want to know. What else goes on in that office? Will they be installing a hot line to the Green Kitchen and our bank accounts?

Imagine how thrilled Cooper Square and the GTCA staff must be.
