I'm sorry, I thought that the first amendment protects the right of everyone, even Slava’s. Was I wrong?

Please read the First Amendment, spend a little while researching the Supreme Court's interpretations of the document, and then explain how Slava's First Amendment rights are being violated.

His right to sue is clearly as protected as your rights to post, to speak, to everything
If he sees of feels that he was defamed he should defend his name shouldn’t he?
If you don’t see the way he sees, it’s another matter altogether.

He certainly has the right to sue, but not under the 1st Amendment. He does not have the right to file a frivolous lawsuit, however.
