Lerner lawsuit to get your identity hearing is this TODAY Friday March 19th Jersey City Court House. All are welcome to come.

Judge Valezquez: the time for oral argument has been rescheduled to 1:30 pm on this Friday, 3-19-2010.

brief summary of the events that took place on Friday

1)my motion for reconsideration of the Judge's February 9th ruling was granted

2) the judge asks Lerner's lawyer to give him the reason he is unable to file a defamation lawsuit to get the IP information because there is a supreme court ruling that prohibits him from pre-discovery UNLESS he is unable to file a complaint

3) Lerner's lawyer tells the judge he doesn't have a reason. He wants the IP info so that he can see if the provider is out of jurisdiction, hence it would be impossible for him to obtain the identity

4) The judge says that's not good enough. he tells Lerner's lawyer you are seeking information in order for you to frame you case. Not allowed under the ruling of the Supreme Court

5) my lawyer argues he has not complied with dendrite, no damages etc... He tells the judge the con-man post should not be linked with the others because its an opinion.

6) Judge says he will give his ruling on Monday.

Lerner's beliefs (and those of his lawyers) about the law do not hold up in court. We cannot accept Kingman's arbitrary and capricious opinions. That means going before a judge which will cost the Galaxy a lot of money.

lerner's moving on. got rid of rackett, deluca, spingola, center - fini's next, that's clear. miller in the corral. lerner gets rid of people he has drained of all resources and his usefulness. future: coopers square will be history and vasquez is being set up for the fall-blamed for the total demise of galaxy from poor financial recommendations. think it can't happen? who woulda thought center would turn after all the power lerner gave her? SETUP, that's how. he won the election without center-that proved to him safety to get rid of center.

The real buffoons are those who voted for Slava except that they didn't know all the facts or they could not have voted for him.

And Miller may be a sado-masochist who enjoys his master's contempt.

The best part is Lerner had to pay thousands of dollars to this lawyer so he could make an ass of himself and show his true colors to the whole world and Deluca didn't pay two cents because Public Citizen Org doesn't charge any legal fees
